Gambaru

Where I come to life, where I'm most at peace. Without judgement nor expectation, just be and breathe.

Gambaru

is a Japanese concept, to totally devote yourself to a task in order to succeed. But its about your own personal best, not that in comparison to others.

‘Gamba gamba’ Japanese climbers also cheer as encouragement to keep on giving your best during a climb.

Gamba gamba, allez, kom op, venga, a muerte, auf geht’s, geht scho’, come on... on every crag where people climb you can hear the cheers to give it your all, to push boundaries and to let each other know that you’re there for each other.
